Intensive A1 (A1.1 – A1.2)
The A1.1 and A1.2 intensive courses offer learners an opportunity to acquire basic vocabulary, master everyday expressions, and be able to produce and understand simple sentences.
Registered students will attend the course for four teaching units each day (from Monday to Friday) over a period of four to five weeks (for each sub-level). All four skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) will be trained and developed. At the MIS Language Academy & Pre-U we value the art of communication and the command of pragmatic and conversational situations. Enthusiastic engagement with foreign languages and the joy of learning are the inner drive and the core principles of our academy.
In order to ensure rapid learning progress, each group is limited to 10 participants.
This intensive course is aimed at learners who have no previous knowledge of German.
Knowledge of the Latin alphabet.
The learning objectives apply to the entire A1 level (which consists of A1.1 / A1.2) and are based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
At the end of the A1 level
– Learners can communicate in a simple and effective manner and produce sentences that are specific to their immediate surroundings. Furthermore, they will be able to relate, understand and converse about hobbies and other quotidian routines.
– Learners will achieve the mastery of the three tenses: present tense, perfect tense, and future tense.
